Satisfied until I learned of special rebates for other ovens except FFEF3016VB. I purchased my oven in early June 2022, and I was not offered or told about any special rebates or local rebates to help lower the price. Also, I felt as though I was getting a direct extended service agreement from Frigidaire, however, I have learned that the extended service agreement was from the store. I purchased it from locally, Voitek TV and appliances in Exeter, Pennsylvania 18643. It wasnât until a few months later I was offered via mail for an extended warranty from Frigidaire. Also, there was no free haul away of the old oven. I just feel sort of taken advantage of and misled by Frigidaire and by my local store. And it makes me even sadder as a consumer to see that your website recommends to purchase it from Voitek TV and appliances.

I bought this stove for a rental property so I have not used it myself but I can tell you it looks nice and I have had no complaints. I really like that it has a self clean feature so I donât have to scrub it for the next tenant. Frigidaire has always served us well.
