I order this oven the less than 2 weeks from Thanksgiving. It was delivered the Friday before Thanksgiving! Great order/delivery experience. Other than trying to figure out everything this range can do, it has been a great purchase. I would recommend this range to anyone interested in purchasing a new range.

This is my first experience with convection & air fry cooking as my old oven was 20 years old and I don't think either existed back then. That said, I'm having fun experimenting with these features. So far, I don't find much use for the Bluetooth feature. I'm a real techie normally but I fail to see the usefulness of Bluetooth. I cannot turn on the oven while I'm out so that it's preheated when I get home, for instance. I'm assuming this is a safety feature and rightly so. (What if I didn't go straight home, for instance, and the oven was on far longer than it should have been?) Also can't do the burners for the same reason, I assume. That said, I love how easy it is to keep the cooktop clean, how quickly the rapid boil actually works, and how quickly convection cooks my food. I cook daily and usually 3x/day, so it sees a lot of use. I took one star off because the air fry basket wasn't included and it's not inexpensive. I paid an additional $50 for it thru Samsung.com.

I bought this range in September in less than 3 months the top cracked while using it. It’s been a month and I have not yet received my refund I was promised and I still have the broken range in my garage.

I bought this Oct. 20, 2021. It is Jan. 3, 2022. The range doesn't come with a user manual. The user has to view it online or print out a small book. Dishes that I have prepared for 27 yrs., aren't producing expected results. Pies & cookies don't fully rise and other dishes are cooked too quickly. Not sure if the range is off or what. Also, the touch pad is EXTREMELY sensitive. It can't be wiped clean without setting off the touch settings. The chime that goes off when the timer goes off is also very loud and there is no way to lower the volume.
