Bought it a month ago and have been having trouble with the sensor. Clothes are not drying. Turns off after a few minutes--will not complete the drying cycle in many instances. Not easy to get customer service at all but someone is finally coming as soon as parts come in. would rather have it replaced but they want to replace parts

I bought my dryer a month ago when I moved into my new house and I am so happy I went with this model. There are so many fancy features yet it is still easy to use. I highly recommend it and its great that it has the smart technology.

I am very impressed by this product so far I purchased it based on the Consumer Report ratings and so far it has lived up and in some cases exceeded my expectations. The connectivity aspect of it with ThinQ has been excellent alerts my phone when the unit has stopped even gives you an idea of how much power it has consumed. The set up was straightforward and easy to implement.

First our washer went out after 9 yrs. Bought the LG WT7400 washer. Love the features and how it cleans. Three weeks later our dryer went out. Bought the companion DLE7400 with easy load. Wow Hooked them up to our WiFi with ThinQ and away we went. Love the convenience of them hooked into our home through ThinQ. Can be doing other things and get the message the loads are done.
