To wash a normal load in this machine it take 1 hour and 36 mins. and to dry that normal load it takes 1 hour and 29 mins. There is nothing energy saving about that. I went form a 12 year old front loader where it took for the largest load 45 mins. and to dry 30 mins. I'd rather use an old wash tub and clothes line. It would take as long to do laundry. Don't buy this model of washer and dryer it takes way to long to use.

This dryer is the nosiest dryer I’ve ever had. I told the installer the day it was delivered a couple weeks ago and he said that’s just how it is. I HATE IT!!

This dryer has cut my laundry time in half! What used to take me all day is down to half a day or less with this new dryer (on Saturday). I was forced to buy a new set when my Samsung set broke down in the same weekend. I am completely happy with this purchase. I had no idea how much time I would be able to save with the new dryer. I’m sure I will see a decrease in my electric bill, too. I can now wash AND dry a load of laundry before leaving for work in the morning on weekdays.

I brought this about a month ago love it but the only thing is my previous Maytag had a light in the dryer so I can see but this do not. Wish I had that.
