OK first of all the machine works fine and cleans clothes as advertised. We would make the same purchase again. Unfortunately it takes a lot of fiddling to learn how to use it. We finally settled a few settings and just went with that. Each of the selection tabs temp etc. do not operate independently so you dont have as much control as you think you do. Change one setting and that locks you into other settings you might not want. But as I said it is now working for us.

After putting up with an older noisy dryer for the last year this LG is a welcomed new addition to the household. It is quiet and the large capacity is great. All features work as they are designed. So far so good
