Bought Dryer few months ago and has not worked right. Had to be on the phone with Customer Service 2 hours and ended up asking for manager before I could get a service call. The chimes and inner light would randomly chime until I unplugged it. A service man came and the mother board was messed up in the sensors.

Do not buy LG dryer they will fail just after the 1 year warranty expires. Ive replaced Main board thermistor and temperature sensor. Dryer is still broke. LG customer service is horrible and doesnt stand behind their products. Dont waste your money.

The drier works great and I love that I can check the time-remaining for a load via the app on my phone. I wish the various settings had better explanations of what they do what theyre for and when to avoid them. The drier works great but the day-to-day how-to information is sparse.
