O K. - I have to admit, what first won me over was the stylish design. Just as large on the inside as competitors but much more trim on the outside. How did they DO that ? Love the features and use the quick dry often. As my laundry area is in the kitchen and open to the living area, I’m especially amazed that this svelt workhorse can go about its business so quietly !

I bought this set May 2019. soon the normal cycle only showed 2 minutes and would not change. Lowes traded dryer for another in June 2019 it worked fine on all cycles until August 2019(I also purchased 5 year warranty from Lowes.) But first year now Maytag handles repairs...wrong they sent out Gwinco a service co with no office in Oklahoma City. The tech Robert used his computer to reset and told me I would be charged next visit if this happened again>but I should flip breaker to reset. It did in Oct. 2019 when I called Maytag they said the only tech in my area code Okla City is Gwinco..I told them what tech told me and lady with Maytag appologised but that was all she could do!!!!!He wrote on his report dryer was working no bad codes!!!!! So think twice before you buy Maytag with this service they have!!!!!

It’s been about 2 months now and this dryer works great so far. It’s not very loud (which is nice)and It drys the clothes pretty quickly, even on low heat. I love the no heat feature to fluff the sweaters and to get the pet hair off cloths before I wear them!
