Great features, large enough and efficiently dries. It is gas and it is energy cost saver. I like all the features. Easy to operate preset options and also to customize. The washer link is a great feature. The cycle end notifications save me trips into my garage where my laundry is located. It is very stable on the garage concrete floor. It makes very low noises. I had customized it for side venting on the right side. I ordered the side venting kit on GE appliance parts website. Here is the link for those who may be interested. https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WE16X29317 It was an easy setup. Just follow the instructions. I used both aluminum foil tape and clamps to secure it and hired a contractor to complete the venting project. I love this smart dryer

I got one load of laundry dry and some sensor failed to cause me to take the rest of my laundry to the cleaners. I'm not super happy about this. For the money spent on this new appliance, I expect much higher quality. I am considering demanding a full return of this to get something else, likely a different brand.

Since day one, we have had a very noisy dryer. It sounds like a car driving with a flat tire. we called and had the service tech come out, ackinoweledge that is was loud and it might be something looose. he took the dryer apart, and he said he could see anything out of the norm. Fast forward 2 more months-the noise is louder and now the dryer setting will say 45 minutes and i get an alert it will finish 5 minutes after it has started. It shuts off after 10 minutes and leaves my clothes all damp. I have to repeat this, for 3 cycles to get my clothes dry. Very disappointed and getting nowhere with anyone.
