I just purchased a front load Lux Care washer. I absolutely love this washer. It is very easy to use and I love the looks of it. It's like fine furniture.Another plus, it handles larger loads that I was able to before. The clothes are definitely cleaner than with the other washer. Best purchase in quite a while.

I got this because a friend had it and loved it. I wanted one that the door could be switched and big capacity without being a giant presence. This is perfect, it holds a ton of laundry but takes up minimal space compared to the new LG's and GE's. Love having a 15 minute speed wash for pool towels.

This is the second Electrolux washer that we have owned. My first lasted 11 years with 5 to 8 people in the house, lots of king size bedding to wash, loads of heavy towels, all without one repair needed. The bearings were going and we decided to replace it. Since my kids are now out of the house, I thought I could get by with a less expensive machine. I purchased a Speed Queen that came highly recommended by a friend. I washed a few items in it and wasn't as happy, but thought I just needed to get used to something new. But when I washed my kitchen rugs on heavy duty and removed them, they still had dirt and dog hair on them and I knew I had to go back to an Electrolux. I had to pay a restocking fee, but the appliance store where I purchased it allowed me to exchange and get the Electrolux, but I would do it all over again. The first thing I washed was my kitchen rugs and they came out looking new! I wouldn't have any other washer.
