here is the major issue - and it is a big one! once you start your washer and after 1 minute - you can't add any more items. the only way to unlock the door is to let the cycle finish. so what you add won't be washed - but will be rinsed, at least. i tried everything from unplugging for a couple of hours (5 minutes was supposed to do it) or pushing several buttons for 10 seconds as advice on google. i even had 2 service calls and still have the same problem. i haven't had another machine in the last 2 decades do that. otherwise, it is a satisfactory low end machine.

I received my washer 2 months ago and it's fantastic. Look fabulous, easy to use and very quiet. I'm so glad I bought it The tones when changing the dial for your wash load are even nice, great value. You'll enjoy it!

So far I’ve had this for a week. It’s quiet. It washes very well. Looking forward to washing larger items such as blankets. And using the bedding and sanitize modes. Really to soon to give a great review. The only thing I wish it had was a regular beep to cycle start/finish I know there are different sounds and an off altogether. The chime gets a little old real quick. Other than that....so far so good. I’m happy with the purchase.

buyer beware, i bought this on sale it leaked from day 1. samsung has no repair techs in my area so i can only get money back. they will not replace a now 30 day old unit. do not buy unless you verify that they have repair options in your area.
