We recently bought this LG washer and are certainly glad we did. This new machine is quieter has an agitator that actually cleans your clothes rather than no agitator. Overall better quality machines than different brands.

Washer is top load which fits our laundry room and lifestyle. Agitator moves water around and through clothes better than without an agitator. Machine allows you to put extra water in load especially for bigger light weight loads. Clothes come out clean and cycle length is appropriate for the type of load selected. Overall satisfied with machine now.

Probably have done about 20 loads. Took some time to get use to the mechnical noises it makes. There should be a button to add more water since it always looks like there is not enough or too much when you do a deep wash. Also seems like excessive vibration even after a service guy came out and raised one of the legs. Additionally it is hard to get it to spin smooth without the drum bouncing around with all kinds of loads light/heavy. It requires you to hang around and rearrange the load quite often. Lastly while the digital timer shows one minute left it can keep spinning for more than 5 minutes.

It is not the same as my last washer but love the features. Just wish normal ment normal without having to make changes so there was more water in the tub.
