I regret buying this washer - its loud and sounds like its falling apart. We called for service and the tech said they all do it nothing can be done. I have never had a washer sound like this that clunks and bangs when changing cycles etc. Shame on LG for releasing such a horrible sounding machine if in fact thats a normal sound for it.heard from across the house Extremely disappointed in this washer and LG in general for not repairing the unit or taking pride in their product.

We bought this washer to replace our broken one. It works great. Clothes comes out very clean. Downloading the app is great. It tells you when the wash is done on your phone

The washer doesnt work properly. It hets stuck in modes it runs for more than half time and timer jumps back to orignal settings. One person has to monitor wash through out the time. Bad bad bad buy
