I purchased this machine in November 2022 after doing much research. I liked the features and the size. It did a good job washing my king size comforter. However it took me a little while to figure out that for a small load I had to choose the option on the downloaded app. My only problem was once the machine was unbalanced and I just wanted to drain the water and spin the clothes dry. I had to call the customer support line for the man to tell me I had to hold the button down for 3 seconds. Nowhere on the machine or in the materials provided did it say that. Even when I did that more water came pouring in before it spun it dry. Other than that I have been very happy with my choice of LG in both the washer dryer.

The washer is very programmable with many settings. The tub is gigantic and accommodates a lot of clothes. I have to buy a new dryer now to hold more clothes.

This washer is either no water or full to the brim there is no in between if you let it sense it will not fill enough to keep the top layer of clothes wet if you do deep fill its a large capacity washer so it will give you way too much water for a standard normal load and take forever. The wash gently swishes the water a quarter of a turn left then quarter of a turn right gently swishing you clothes around you could wash more effectively by running your hand around in circles... I dont honestly know how this made it past quality inspection nothing is clean and we are not a dog or kid household. I am putting this poorly designed and poorly made model on an ad and will go find another that actually does what its supposed to-wash my clothes. Why on earth they thought they needed all of the buttons and bells and whistles when it does no good at cleaning or getting enough water to do a load or to have wifi if you main purpose is to clean and you cant clean go back to the basics and start over.

Bought this set less than 2 years ago and about 3 months ago the power button wasnt working 100. Some times it took a few tries then it wouldnt turn on now it doesnt turn on at all. Warranty was only good for 1year of course even though theres a 10 year warranty only applies to tue drum. It looks nice while it was fully functional it was great. But now Im stuck with a washer that wont turn on but it looks pretty. Also disappointed thays the LG smart app doesnt have the capability to turn on the washer remotely. Definitely was sold to me that way. But
