I purchased this washer a few weeks ago when my old.one went out similar model we had for 10 years with a large family we need the large capacity washer and dryer. I Prefer this model as it lets me add water plus option I like to wash with more water than the smart technology allows. So far I am really happy with this washer it is quiet efficient and washes our clothes well

I havent bought a washer and dryer in years. I am so happy with my LG Front Loader. Ive never had one before. Ive only used them in laundromats many years ago. Please great and is so so quiet.

Purchased toward the end of May 23 to replace another with over 10 years of service. Was interested in buying a machine that was able to handle heavy use with an active family of 7 easy to operate quiet smooth/balanced and dependable. After a month+ of use and over 80 loads washed I have no complaints so far. It took a short time to figure out which cycles worked best for the various types of items that we load into the ample sized drum and the additional features available if needed. Having previously owned a large capacity impeller driven machine made the transition to this LG easy as we were familiar with how to properly load clothes towels blankets comforters etc. into the huge stainless steel drum. The 6Motion Technology seems to be a plus over our previous washer that lacked it. Weve been happy with the performance of our LG in getting our loads clean whether they are colored whites big or small. We have experienced no problems whatsoever with the many loads of washing we have completed to date. Our washer is located in our garage and placed directly onto our slab concrete flooring so a drip pan is not installed underneath. Although not a priority to us we have found the ThinQ app to be helpful in notifying us of Tub Cleaning reminders if a load is in the washer when a cycle is complete and more. Thus far it has proven to be the dependable workhorse that we were needing in our family. Time will tell if it continues to satisfy our needs and have the desired longevity that a quality washing machine can provide. To top it off we were able to take advantage of a great sales price and member discount in addition to make the purchase easier on our finances from Pacific Sales Showroom/Best Buy. The customer service on the showroom floor and the delivery/installation/haul away were also top notch that made the overall experience that much better.
