We bought this newer model after our old LG broken down after 14 years. I loved my older model LG I thought this was similar to that one but sadly it falls short. All of our major appliances are LG so i am hoping they last me long. Because if the newer ones are being made like this I would rather repair my old LGs.

I bought this washer dryer combo about 4 months or so ago and so far its been pretty good. had an issue where sometimes the dryer needs to run 2 cycles to fully dry but for the most part they work well

I bought this about a month ago when my previous washer was considered a lemon by the company we bought it from and had under extended warranty. I always use Consumer Reports for insight and they had a very favorable review of this model. I am very pleased with it especially the TURBO WASH and/or DEEP WATER options.
