I've been using this washer for a few weeks now and have zero complaints. I love all the options, the size, and how gentle it is even on a regular wash. Especially like the sense-fill option so I don't have to guess the load size, but I also like that you can choose to add more water during a cycle if you think it's not enough. It's even quieter than the paired dryer I purchased with it.

I've had this washer about 3 weeks. It's AMAZING! I've never loved a washer SO much! This tub is really deep. Just looking at the washer you may think it's small but it's been designed to use all the space inside it's narrower frame. I wash my heavy quilts, blankets, dog beds, comforters and anything else I'd be hesitant to in all the other washers I've had. I love having all the options. And this machine is quiet! I run a wash and no one can hear it. It has gentle tones when it starts and when it's finished. Did I say I love the options?! You can not get anything clean in a washer without the center rotator, you just can't. My laundry has never come out as clean as with this machine! I have the option of an extra spin which makes drying the laundry much faster! You can not go wrong with this machine, it's a beast!

This replaces a GEwasher that the cost to repair was almost as much for the new unit purchased. So far working good.Hopefully get many years of problem free operation.

My new washer is not what I expected. The capacity is great but sounds like laundry is being sawed or torn; very loud & disturbing.

I had no idea a product that cost $600+ wouldn’t even wash blankets (my last two top loaders did). The sales person at Lowes said this GE was the best choice, even-though I expressed I had a family and needed a washer to wash everything. Completely overpriced and a waste of money. I’ll never get an appliance at Lowes again (also due to their 48 hour only return policy).
