install was simple . tried out full load of towels . did a great job took about 45 minutes total . so far so good.

It washes great, very little noise on agitator. Only concern is that when lid locks it can’t be opened to distribute load that has gone to one side and causing machine extreme uneven load noise

Does a good job getting things clean and has a lot of settings, but it is a bit noisy when washing. I don't like that it has a hard time getting powdered detergent to dissolve and we had to switch to liquid just to keep from running an extra rinse cycle every time. It makes me wonder if it's actually using enough water.
