We bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago based on the Whirlpool reputation and the recommendation of the repair person who tried to fix our previous Kenmore Pro refrigerator that died after only 3 years. We love the layout and basic functions of our new Whirlpool but already there are problems with the ice maker leaking water into the refrigerator. Thankfully, we bought a maintenance agreement (can you really afford to go without one these days?) and, hopefully, a call for a repair will make everything work properly and bring us closer to the 5-star rating.
