We bought this from Lowes and the service for installation was way less than stellar but the product itself is very good so far. Happy bought it as part of a planned upgrade along with new solar electricity service in the house.

Have been using it for about 1 month now. Works as expected dries well. Like the 2-way door opening feature open by the side or open by the top. Reasonably quiet. I am seeing a warning code when finished that the exhaust duct is not optimal have 2 right angle bends - it is the same configuration as my previous dryer so does not appear to be an issue.

Ive had this dryer for just shy of a month and it has been working great. Getting more comfortable with the different settings. This was a big adjustment after using a machine that was 20+ years old. I have no complaints so far have done 23 cycles with it. The app is nice and has a lot of useful information/features. No issues with Wi-Fi set up.

Amazing dryer. We love the fact it is an energy saving dryer and stops when the clothes are dry. There are so many settings which makes it wonderful for all loads. I highly recommend this dryer

We had this dryer delivered in May and went to install it in June due to construction in our home. From the very first use it wouldnt heat up. The dryer runs on air dry but wont heat. We tested the outlet to ensure it had the appropriate voltage output and called LG. They sent a local appliance company to come check on it. He was here for 20 minutes checked the wires in the back and said they were all connected correctly ran the dryer said it works fine and told us that the problem was with the breaker. We had the breaker replaced and the problem still exists. We will need to call LG again and continue to pay to dry our clothes until this is fixed. We really wanted to love this dryer but we cant recommend a dryer that didnt work right from the first run.
