First unit overheated and Air flow light came on repeatedly the first day we had it Called in and a Tec came about a week later. By then the unit was acting ok but he said we shouldnt have to put up with it and ordered a new one First day with new one same things were happening. Called again and got the old phone run around of let me conect you to someone else. Finally got some nasty Woman that was to nasty to talk too. We had cleaned the exhaust before the first unit came but did that again and repositioned the duct hose behind the machine. Now it works sometimes without the air flow light coming on

I wish there was a floor sample or I might not have bought this. The swing door doesnt stay open. Its difficult to get clothes out when fighting with the door to remain open. Wish the hamper style option also opened further - difficult to get large bulkier items in this way. Only reason I bought is that it matched the washing machine bought a couple of years ago.

I have had this dryer for a little over two months now and am really enjoying it. I love all the options for drying clothes. The Wi-Fi helps out a lot. The app on my phone lets me know how much time is left in the drying cycle and also sends a push notice to let me know that the cycle is over. No more running up and down the stairs to check on the dryer status. You can even turn the dryer on remotely. I like how the door opens up from the top for loading clothes and opens from the side for unloading them. This dryer handles my oversize king comforters with ease.
