This dryer is supposed to be energy saving and dry clothes. You can leave on energy saver and have clothes that are anywhere from damp to wet when the dryer says they are dry. LGs customer service solution is to turn off energy saving features.

This dryer rattles like a junk car. Lg sent a tech and he put foam tape everywhere and didnt fix it. Now after only using this dryer for 2 weeks I have to go through lowes extended warranty to get it replaced. I wont be buying another lg product.

Had a several year old dryer from another company. This LG is quieter and drys the clothes faster even using the energy saver setting that the older one didnt even have. The two way door is a nice also.
