I bought it a few months ago and no problems. It cleans thoroughly and the clothes smell so fresh I am very pleased with this machine. It might be too deep for some to reach the bottom of the machine.

We are delighted with our purchase. The capacity is far greater than I anticipated and works well for my family of four. Clothes are cleaned thoroughly and it even handles tough stains from two very active teenage boys. Highly recommended.

Stopped draining as in not working at all on Friday April 21st with a tub full of dirty towels and water. Couldnt get service technician for 2-1/2 weeks. And not covered by warranty since not at a residence. Paid for service call and ordered parts. New pump came the day after service was scheduled May 16th. Rescheduled for 23rd. Now been over a full month without washing machine. Fortunately we have a great handy man in the family who got the pump in and the machine working again. Would not recommend this machine if you have laundry with any sort of dirt or debris on it. Or run a tub wash cycle after every load and waste as much money in water and electricity.
