My water dispenser has not worked since the 1st day at home. Unable to repair the first 2 visits, part delays. Going on 3 weeks. Was told this was a better brand than LG and Samsung. I’m beginning to regret my choice in refrigerator.

We bought this refrigerator to replace our old one. I thought this would fix all the things we didn't like about the previous one. It has an extra pull out shelf in the freezer for more organization. Which it does help with that, except the drawers don't have very good sliding motion. I like the extra space inside the front door as well. The refrigerator half has great storage options as well with the sliding shelf for taller items, the deep door shelves that are adjustable. The biggest draw back for this section is the actual door. There is the flap that slides into the main unit to make it fully seal, it doesn't always open properly and it hits the other door when closing. You have to push it flat by hand when you try to close it. The biggest plus is the secondary door that can be personalized for different cooling options. We use it for all the stuff our kids tend to eat most so the main doors don't get opened all the time. Overall, I am happy because it fixed the things I wanted it to from my previous refrigerator. It just has other issues the other one did just fine. The ice maker is quite loud when filling up.
